Job summary

SCIS is seeking a Security Officer to observe and report activities at assigned client sites, protecting property and personnel and enforcing access controls.

You will patrol, monitor entrances, respond to incidents, and document logs and reports, following safety rules and company policies. A high school diploma is required, with prior security experience preferred and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in security or related field is preferred.
• Ability to observe, report, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities at client sites to ensure safety of people and property.
• Maintain control of entry points and screen visitors as required.
• Monitors entrances/exits, responds to disturbances, and enforces site rules.
• Prepare logs or reports and document incidents following standard procedures.
