Qualifications

• Ability to acquire and maintain any other specific special clearances/access requirements.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D; related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Controls access to the client site or facility through the admittance process; screens visitors and client employees.
• Provides a courteous, respectful, and pleasant interaction with each client employee and visitor; presents a good image of the client and its security department.
• Monitors entrances and exits; controls movement of people and vehicles; operates gate and CCTV systems.
• Patrols assigned site and inspects for hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons.
• Prepares logs or reports; writes or types reports and maintains logs.
• Observes and reports incidents to client representatives and authorities as appropriate.
