Job summary

SCIS is seeking a Security Officer to observe and report activities at a client site, ensuring property safety and personnel security. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor entrances, and enforce access controls while maintaining a courteous and professional presence.

Responsibilities include logging incidents, preparing reports, and responding to emergencies in accordance with site procedures. Must meet safety standards and be able to work at client locations with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to acquire and maintain site-specific clearances
• Requires basic computer skills for logs and reports
• Background checks and safety training may be required

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports incidents at client site to ensure safety and security
• Monitors entrances and egress and controls access to facilities
• Produces logs and reports using standard grammar and procedures
• Maintains professional conduct and adheres to client policies and procedures
• Responds to emergencies per site protocols and coordinates with authorities
