Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Site Safety Technician to oversee safety on assigned job sites and ensure compliance with the Ace Safety Program and Drug-Free workplace policy. The role reports to the Division Safety Professional and collaborates with project teams to manage safety plans and records.

Qualifications include OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, a high school diploma or GED (bachelors preferred), and 1 year safety experience (electrical background preferred). Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• OSHA 30 within the last 4 years is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of field safety experience; electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train division personnel on safety practices and Ace Safety Program.
• Conduct frequent jobsite inspections to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.
• Prepare safety records and incident reports for government and insurers.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents on Site Specific Safety Plans.
• Administer drug and alcohol screening in cooperation with HR.
• Assist with OSHA inspections and safety prequalification forms.
