Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. seeks a Site Safety Technician to oversee safety across assigned job sites, ensuring compliance with the Ace Safety Program and project requirements. You will mentor personnel, conduct inspections, and support safety initiatives with project teams.

Responsibilities include audits, incident reporting, and delivering on-site training. A strong safety background, OSHA 30, and communication skills are essential; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to enforce safety programs across multiple job sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred to support diverse crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety for all assigned projects and ensure compliance with Ace Safety Program.
• Conduct regular job site inspections and safety audits; address hazards promptly.
• Provide safety training and mentoring to division personnel.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Supervisors to implement Site Specific Safety Plans.
