Job summary

Ace Electric in Georgia is seeking a Site Safety Technician to oversee the safety of all assigned job sites within the division. You will enforce Ace’s Safety Program, support the Drug-Free workplace, and work with project teams to maintain compliance and a safe work environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), OSHA 30 within the last four years, CPR/First Aid, and at least one year of field safety experience, preferably in electrical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 within the last 4 years.
• CPR/First Aid training certification.
• Experience: minimum 1 year field safety experience, preferred in electrical.
• Required: references, background check, drug screen, and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work with Division Safety Professional to implement safety training.
• Ensure safety program compliance on the assigned project.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and hazard assessments.
• Identify and implement best safety practices.
• Lead company safety and health activities by providing direction and training.
• Support safety initiatives from audits or incidents.
• Provide technical support to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain safety records and reports.
• Prepare Site Specific Safety Plans for projects.
• Coordinate with HR for drug and alcohol screening.
