Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Site Safety Tech to oversee safety on assigned job sites, ensuring compliance with the Ace Safety Program and the company's safety standards. You will report to the Division Safety Professional and work with project teams to enforce safety rules and procedures.

The role emphasizes training, inspections, incident reporting, and maintaining safety documentation, with requirements including OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: References, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing
• Mandatory: Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA 30 within last 4 years
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with Division Safety Professional to implement safety and education training programs
• Ensure Ace Safety Program adherence on assigned projects
• Lead site inspections and JHA activities
• Develop Site Specific Safety Plans for projects
• Provide safety training and orientation for new hires
• Maintain safety records and reports for compliance
• Advise on PPE and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with HR and HQ Safety to reduce OSHA citations
