Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee the site safety team and safety program for assigned job sites. The role ensures compliance with Ace Safety Program, drug-free workplace, and owner/GC safety requirements, reporting to the Division Safety Professional.

The incumbent will lead safety technicians, implement training, and maintain records while staying current with OSHA regulations and safety best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid required.
• Experience in construction safety is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and direction of Safety Technicians and Safety Professionals on the assigned site.
• Collaborate with Division Safety Professional, Project Managers and Supervisors to implement safety training.
• Ensure Ace Safety Program compliance and conduct jobsite inspections and audits.
• Lead safety initiatives and provide training to division personnel.
• Maintain safety records and reports for regulatory compliance.
• Support OSHA inspections and safety prequalification processes.
