Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Site Safety Technician to oversee safety on all assigned job sites within the division. This role ensures compliance with Ace Safety Program, Drug-Free workplace and contractor safety requirements, reporting to the Division Safety Professional.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, training personnel, implementing best practices, and maintaining safety records. A valid driver’s license, OSHA 30 and related certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish bilingualism is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt new techniques.
• Mentor others and share safety knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Division Safety Professional, Project Managers and Superintendents to implement safety training per Ace Safety Program.
• Ensure adherence to safety program at assigned projects and maintain required records.
• Conduct inspections, color coding, fall protection, equipment checks and JHAs.
• Develop and implement Site Specific Safety Plans for projects.
• Provide safety training and direction to division personnel and contractors.
