Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee the site safety team and the safety program across assigned job sites. You will ensure compliance with Ace Safety Program, OSHA regulations, and owner/GC safety requirements.

This role leads training, conducts inspections, maintains records, and collaborates with PMs and superintendents to implement Site Specific Safety Plans.

Requires OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid; 7+ years in construction safety; valid driver's license; willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Must have strong safety management experience on construction sites.
• Experience delivering safety training and building safety culture.
• Proficient with safety inspections, JHAs and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Overseas performance and directs operations for Safety Technicians and Safety Professionals on the assigned job site.
• Works closely with Division Safety Professional, Project Managers and Superintendents to implement a safety and education training program.
• Ensures the Ace Safety Program is understood and adhered to on the project.
• Leads safety audits, inspections and incident investigations to drive improvements.
• Maintains project safety records and reports to improve safety performance.
