This role involves coordinating with contractors, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 6+ years with a High School Diploma, 4+ years with an Associate’s Degree, 0+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• OSHA 500/502 Certified Trainer designation or equivalent safety degree is preferred.
• Willingness to pursue safety certifications (ASP, CSP, CHST).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with General Contractor to establish site conditions and address Non-Compliance Notices.
• Develop and implement safety training programs and project-specific mitigation plans.
• Lead the ORM team to develop a project safety plan.
