Miller Electric Company is seeking a Site Safety Manager for our Richmond, VA data center construction projects. The role reports to the Senior Safety Manager and focuses on maintaining OSHA-compliant, safe workplaces and guiding field personnel daily.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience with electrical contractor scopes, OSHA 30 certification, and strong technical writing. A data center background is preferred and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or BCSP credential.
• OSHA 30-hour certification within past 3 years.
• Experience overseeing electrical contractor scope of work in healthcare or data center projects.
• Strong technical writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide safety expertise to managers and supervisors.
• Conduct site surveys and hazard analyses.
• Maintain safety manuals and risk assessments.
