Job summary

The role focuses on hazard analyses, risk assessments, safety training, incident investigation, and maintaining the safety manual. A BCSP/BS degree, OSHA 30, and 3+ years in healthcare or data center electrical work are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or BCSP credential required.
• Minimum 3 years overseeing electrical contractor work on healthcare or data center projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certification within the past 3 years.
• Understanding of Workers' Compensation and safety program management.
• Strong technical writing and ability to train groups of 25–30.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide technical safety guidance to managers and supervisors.
• Plan and conduct hazard analyses and risk assessments.
• Maintain and update the safety manual.
• Develop and conduct safety training and raise safety awareness.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and support corrective actions.
• Foster a collaborative safety culture and assist in risk mitigation.
