Job summary

Bergelectric is seeking a Site Safety Lead to provide safety coordination and oversight at the El Paso project sites. You will work with the project foreman to implement the Safety Program and promote the on-site safety culture.

The role requires OSHA training, field experience in construction safety, and strong incident management skills to lead training, inspections, and corrective actions; you will communicate with multiple stakeholders to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in construction with safety focus; electrical construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fall protection, confined spaces, scaffolding and LO/TO.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Promote Bergelectric's safety culture and lead safety initiatives on site.
• Develop site safety plans, risk assessments, and training needs.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce corrective actions.
• Deliver site-specific safety orientation and toolbox talks.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and training documentation.
