Western States Fire Protection Company is seeking a Site-Specific Safety Manager to lead the health and safety program for a single El Paso job site. You will plan, direct and coordinate safety policies, ensuring compliance and training for on-site personnel.

This role requires frequent field presence and strong collaboration with Risk Management. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in safety and health, CHST/ASP/CSP, and 2+ years in construction safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety and health preferred.
• CHST/ASP/CSP required (alternates may be approved).
• 2+ years of construction safety/risk experience required.
• MS Office and BlueBeam Revu proficiency preferred.
• OSHA 500 trainer, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Health and Safety Program for a single job site in El Paso, TX.
• Plan and lead safety policies and procedures for the site.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and audits.
• Develop and deliver safety training as required by regulations.
• Collaborate with Risk Management and Branch Operations.
