Qualifications

• Large-scale construction/site safety experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA compliance, safety policies, and procedures
• Experience coordinating safety programs across 160+ subcontractors, vendors, and third-party personnel
• Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and hazard analyses and site safety audits
• Knowledge of JSRAs, Hot Work permits, and Safe Work permits
• Ability to lead safety orientations and committee meetings 2x week
• Experience analyzing safety data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions
• Ability to support EHS emergencies and emergency response activities
• Strong contractor/subcontractor safety management experience

Responsibilities

Description: Insight Global is seeking a Senior Site Safety Manager for a top energy/construction client in the Kokomo, IN area. This candidate will lead site safety operations for a large-scale project, partnering closely with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project leadership to ensure OSHA and company safety standards are consistently met. The Senior Safety Project Manager will conduct audits and incident investigations, oversee permitting and hazard assessments, analyze safety trends, lead safety meetings and orientations, and drive corrective actions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced safety professional who is comfortable managing complex, high-volume construction environments and building a strong safety-first culture.

Requirements:

• Large-scale construction/site safety experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA compliance, safety policies, and procedures
• Experience coordinating safety programs across 160+ subcontractors, vendors, and third-party personnel
• Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and hazard analyses and site safety audits
• Knowledge of JSRAs, Hot Work permits, and Safe Work permits
• Ability to lead safety orientations and committee meetings 2x week (can be trained on this)
• Experience analyzing safety data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions
• Ability to support EHS emergencies and emergency response activities
• Strong contractor/subcontractor safety management experience

Compensation: $55/hour to $70/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
