Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to promote a safe work environment across multiple sites. You will implement and monitor safety protocols, assist with inspections, and help train employees on hazard recognition and PPE usage.

The role emphasizes proactive safety culture, documentation, and collaboration with field teams to ensure regulatory compliance and safe project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in health and safety roles.
• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• OSHA 510 preferred.
• Site development construction experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety inspections and site safety audits.
• Be present for daily morning and mid‑day crew huddles.
• Monitor compliance with safety guidelines and policies.
• Assist in incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions.
• Organize and deliver safety training sessions (PPE, hazard recognition, etc.).
• Maintain safety documentation (meetings, logs, reports).
• Complete required administrative tasks related to jobsite requirements.
• Promote a safety culture through meetings and toolbox talks.
• Monitor PPE use, availability, and condition on site.
