The ideal candidate has proven safety experience in engineering or civil construction, thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and communicates clearly while staying organized on site.

Responsibilities include administering the safety program, conducting daily site inspections, enforcing OSHA standards, coordinating with subcontractors, stopping unsafe work

Qualifications

• Safety experience in engineering and/or civil construction.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communicator, organized, and proactive on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer safety program compliance and accident prevention.
• Conduct daily site inspections and document observations.
• Enforce OSHA standards and owner-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to maintain safety.
• Stop unsafe work when necessary and report incidents.
• Prepare safety reports and assign corrective actions.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and safety trainings.
• Monitor PPE and safety equipment on site.
• Carry out tasks from the Project Safety Manager.
