Job summary

B&B Concrete is looking for a Site Safety Manager to support project staff and the safety team in enforcing federal, state, and local safety standards on construction sites. The role includes developing safety programs, conducting site orientations, and leading safety meetings with subcontractors.

The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a degree in Safety and Health or equivalent, with several years of construction safety experience.

Qualifications

• Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills, with clear verbal and written communication.
• B.S. in Safety and Health or equivalent required.
• 4 years of safety experience in building construction or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of the project safety program and orientation.
• Administer and record participation in orientation program.
• Conduct regular safety meetings with subcontractors and project staff.
• Investigate incidents and maintain safety records; stop unsafe acts immediately.
