Job summary

MissionHires is seeking a Safety Coordinator to drive a behavior-based safety culture on construction and industrial sites. You will lead site safety training, audits, THA/JHA reviews, and incident investigations, ensuring 100% conformance with OSHA/EPA/DOT requirements.

This role collaborates with field supervision and management to develop corrective actions, maintain thorough safety records, and sustain compliance across projects while supporting health and environmental programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety/Health or applicable construction safety experience.
• OSHA 510 or 511 certification.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of construction/industrial safety management

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a safe, behavior-driven safety program across projects
• Lead safety trainings and audits
• Perform hazard analyses and ensure OSHA compliance
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare reports
• Coordinate with field supervision to implement corrective actions
• Maintain thorough safety documentation and records

Education
