We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, safety, and career development. Quality Labor Management is currently seeking an Electrical Safety Lead for an amazing electrical contractor. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on involvement in various job sites, with a strong emphasis on electrical safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical safety and health support to production and corporate personnel.
  • Conduct safety training for new employees at various locations.
  • Travel 100% of the time to different job sites.
  • Perform extensive job site walking, climbing, and equipment demonstrations.
  • Prepare written safety and health programs and policies.
  • Identify and coordinate safety training programs.
  • Develop annual safety and health goals.
  • Participate in new product/process reviews.
  • Support engineering controls to minimize safety hazards.
  • Assist in the selection and training of PPE.
  • Manage PPE inventory nationwide.
  • Maintain safety records and corporate safety library.
  • Promote safety awareness through internal communications.
  • Participate in safety committees.
  • Review process operating procedures for safety considerations.
  • Monitor and understand safety regulations and changes.
  • Conduct onsite safety audits.
  • Host safety meetings with small and large groups.
  • Monitor lost-time injuries and worker’s compensation claims.
  • Manage post-incident reporting.
  • Provide ongoing safety support to field employees.
  • Review and follow up on incident investigation reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on commercial electrical experience.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State safety regulations, NEPA, ANSI, and OSHA.
  • Ability to travel 100%.
  • OSHA 500 certification required.
  • Experience with construction aerial, industrial, and earth-moving equipment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
