Job summary

Veolia North America is hiring a Site Safety Manager to oversee safe, accident-free site operations across multiple locations in Idaho. You will administer health, safety, environmental, and security programs, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and Veolia standards.

Required are an associate degree or equivalent, and a bachelor’s degree in occupational or environmental health is preferred, along with OSHA knowledge and training delivery

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred in health-related field.
• Experience developing and coordinating safety programs and delivering training is a plus.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the site safety, health, environmental and security program across locations.
• Investigate unsafe conditions and incidents; conduct inspections and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety standards and regulations.
• Lead monthly safety walk-throughs and report findings to leadership.
• Develop site-specific SOPs and job safety analyses (JSA).
