Job summary

Loenbro in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks an EH&S Coordinator II to lead safety programs at our onsite industrial service sites. You will implement safety policies, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires OSHA 30, strong communication, incident investigation, and collaboration with operations. Travel up to 10% and a focus on reducing risks and maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required and experience in heavy industrial construction environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to guide teams and management.
• Ability to assess potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
• Experience in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with OSHA/MSHA regulations and safety compliance practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and safety management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in incident investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and corrective actions.
• Develop and conduct safety training programs, including emergency response and hazard awareness.
• Coordinate with site operations to integrate safety into daily work practices.
• Conduct daily/regular site inspections and audits; document findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and prepare reports using safety management systems.
• Support regulatory compliance and interface with regulatory agencies as needed.
