Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an EHS Coordinator II to advance safety across specific industrial sites. You will implement, audit, and reinforce safety programs, working closely with site leadership to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on a proactive safety culture and meticulous record keeping at the Lincoln site.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required.
• 2+ years of experience in heavy industrial construction environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and related codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
• MSHA certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and safety software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document daily inspections/audits to identify safety violations.
• Lead incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Provide safety training materials and conduct required trainings.
• Coordinate with operations to maintain a safety-first culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and site policies.
• Maintain safety records and documentation in KPA.
