Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an EH&S Coordinator I to promote a culture of safety at the Afton, TX site. You will oversee safety protocols, conduct site audits, and implement EH&S programs to minimize risks and protect employees.

Collaboration with operations and leadership is essential to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role emphasizes training, incident prevention, and continuous improvement, supporting a safe and healthy workplace for all personnel at the Mission

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required and relevant safety certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in heavy industrial construction environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, standards, and applicable codes/regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess hazards and develop mitigations.
• Understanding of incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture of safety at assigned Mission Critical sites.
• Oversee safety protocols, audits, and compliance with EH&S policies.
• Deliver safety training and programs; promote readiness for emergencies.
• Collaborate with departments and leadership to reduce risks.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for regulatory compliance.
• Support incident investigations and corrective action tracking.
