Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an EH&S Coordinator to lead safety initiatives at a Dallas site, ensuring compliance with internal EHS policies and external regulations. The role focuses on audits, training, and program implementation to minimize risk and protect worker health.

The coordinator collaborates with site leadership and various departments to uphold a culture of safety, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a safe, compliant workplace for all employees.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required.
• Minimum 5 years in heavy industrial construction including manufacturing, pipeline, mining, food and beverage, power and refining with at least 3 years in safety.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable codes/regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess hazards and develop mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS protocols at a specific site to ensure highest workplace safety and health standards.
• Conduct regular audits, provide training, and implement EHS programs to minimize risks and accidents.
• Collaborate with departments and site leadership to support proactive safety measures.
