Qualifications

• CHST certification or minimum 5+ years’ experience in construction safety.
• Experience in electrical safety and data center construction is strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA standards and industrial safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and training programs across site activities.
• Lead and mentor field safety professionals.
• Conduct daily site audits and hazard assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation and metrics.
