Job summary

Kingspan Insulated Panels North America is seeking a Safety Coordinator for its DeLand, FL facility. The role focuses on maintaining a safe and compliant environment by administering EHS programs, coordinating training, and handling incident investigations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of safety experience, OHST certification or equivalent, and a Bachelor’s degree in OSH preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field preferred.
• OHST certification minimum or related safety certification with related experience.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on occupational health and safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace by administering EHS programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee safety training and awareness activities.
• Assist with compliance activities for local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate reporting, documentation, and investigation of workplace incidents and injuries.
