Qualifications

• University degree required; 5+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in management.
• Experience leading SRE teams, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
• Strong knowledge of production systems, monitoring, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and operations excellence.
• Drive on-call leadership, incident management, and post-incident RCA.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among apps, infra, and security teams.
