Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineer II to manage Kubernetes clusters across on‑prem and cloud environments, and to automate routine tasks. You will work with Prometheus, Thanos, Alertmanager, and Grafana, and you will write Go or Python utilities to reduce toil.

You’ll participate in design discussions and learn how the Falcon platform fits together while applying AI tools to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering with Kubernetes in production.
• Experience troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads, networking, DNS, storage, and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain large Kubernetes clusters across data centers and cloud.
• Troubleshoot nodes, pods, networking, DNS, storage, and control plane issues.
• Perform on-call duties and drive incidents to resolution with the team.
• Execute planned changes like upgrades, capacity adds, and certificate rotation.
