Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to join its SRE Organization. You will guide reliability of infrastructure and software across multiple teams, developing scalable, observable platforms and robust deployment practices.

As an individual contributor, you will own features end-to-end, write clean code, and collaborate with peers to improve delivery and performance. Competitive benefits and a strong on-call culture support growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management or backend software development.
• Demonstrated expertise in Python, JavaScript or Unix Shell.
• Experience with AWS, including deploying, monitoring and scaling production workloads.
• General experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Comfortable working in an operational environment, including on-call duties.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned problems and drive them to completion with guidance from senior engineers.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code and improve existing systems.
• Estimate timelines for features and tasks, balancing effort and impact.
