Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for its Enterprise Data & Analytics platform. You will guide reliability, automation, and operational best practices across data pipelines, BI reports, and cloud services, partnering with data engineering, cloud, and security teams.

The role focuses on service-level objectives, incident response, capacity planning, and performance tuning to ensure production readiness and strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in technology/software engineering or SRE-related role.
• Experience with cloud data and analytics platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability engineering for Enterprise Data & Analytics platforms.
• Establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, error budgets and runbooks.
• Analyze telemetry to drive improvements in reliability and cost.
