Job summary

Motion Industries, Inc. seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to support the Enterprise Data & Analytics platform, driving reliability, observability, automation, incident response, and production readiness for data pipelines and analytics services across Google BigQuery, Fabric, Power BI, and related cloud services.

You will collaborate across data engineering, application, cloud, security, and governance teams to improve resilience, performance, and capacity, delivering dashboards and runbooks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5–7 years of tech/software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Drive reliability and operational engineering for the EDA platform.
Establish and govern SLIs/SLOs, dashboards, and runbooks.
Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and RCA.
Collaborate with data engineering, cloud, security, and governance teams to improve design, deployment, and production readiness.
