Job summary

Motion is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen the reliability of the Enterprise Data & Analytics platform. You will own SRE practices for data pipelines, BI services, and cloud integrations across Azure and Google Cloud, shaping performance, security, and cost controls.

You will develop runbooks, dashboards, and SLIs/SLAs, collaborate with data engineers, cloud, security, governance teams, and drive incident response, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field with 5–7 years in software/tech.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, observability, and incident management.
• Experience with cloud data services (Azure, GCP) and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability engineering for Enterprise Data & Analytics platform.
• Define SLOs, error budgets, dashboards, and runbooks.
• Triage incidents, perform RCAs, and implement improvements.
