Job summary

Omnicell is expanding its Site Reliability Engineering practice. You will own the reliability and operational health of cloud services supporting mission-critical pharmacy automation systems worldwide.

The role emphasizes instrumentation, automation, and proactive incident management, with mentorship from a Senior SRE. Expect to design SLIs/SLOs, implement automation to reduce toil, and collaborate with managed services partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and observability for defined cloud services.
• Define and implement SLI/SLOs in partnership with product and engineering.
• Lead on-call and incident response with coaching from senior SRE.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodeFresh, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy).
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform; manage Kubernetes platforms.
• Contribute to observability platform with alerts, dashboards, and diagnostics.
