Job summary

Amentum is seeking a QA Manager to lead the WTCC Quality Management System across Commissioning, Maintenance, and Operations, with direct access to senior leadership to ensure issues are identified and corrective actions are effective.

The role encompasses formulating and executing the audit/assessment program, Quality Control and Quality Engineering initiatives, and verifying QA program adequacy within WTCC’s scope of work, with emphasis on nuclear and DOE-related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or quality assurance from an accredited university or college.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, operations, or quality assurance.
• DOE/nuclear environment experience preferred; NQA-1 Auditor credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide review and concurrence on WTCC quality‑related procedures to assure QMS compliance.
• Formulate the annual audit/assessment/surveillance program; ensure audits are conducted by qualified personnel.
• Implement and manage the WTCC nonconforming program; oversee QA activities across WTCC scope.
