Job summary

IS International is seeking a Nuclear Quality Assurance Lead to support the Nuclear Quality Manager in administering and improving the Nuclear Management System (NMS) to CSA N299.2-16 and regulatory requirements. The role involves acting as deputy for the Nuclear Quality Manager, promoting compliance, and driving corrective actions across departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, solid QA principles, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, engineering, manufacturing, military nuclear, or related technical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting quality management systems, corrective action programs, audits, or compliance activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Nuclear Management System (NMS).
• Serve as delegated representative for the Nuclear Quality Manager during absences.
• Monitor compliance with NMS requirements and report deficiencies or improvements.
• Support management reviews and quality performance reporting activities.
• Work with all departments to improve processes, procedures, and quality performance.
