Job summary

The WTCC Quality Engineer position supports the WTCC Quality Assurance Assessments and Engineering Supervisor by facilitating the effective administration and implementation of the WTP QA Program and QA Manuals. The QE ensures activities are planned, performed, and completed in accordance with the WTP procedures and maintains compliance across projects.

Under day-to-day supervision, the role focuses on developing QA documents, training, and technical discipline to identify and resolve quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, science or equivalent education with 5+ years in performance assurance/corrective actions management programs, operations, engineering, or assurance.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of applied technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support WTCC implementing document/procedure development to ensure quality program requirements are addressed.
• Own training completion and qualifications for WTCC personnel; assist in development of QA program documents (e.g., QA Plan).
• Provide input into required training for WTCC QA and QC personnel.
• Support development, revision, and implementation of QA program documents and quality-related instructions.
• Identify quality attributes in planning processes to ensure work/testing/analysis meets WTP QA requirements.
• Provide technical discipline support for quality issue resolution.
