Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Site Quality Supervisor to lead the site quality management system, develop documents, and train personnel on QMS requirements. You will support and assess the Kenco Operating System implementation related to quality assurance, working to improve processes and drive compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role; regulatory affairs experience (FDA, DEA, etc.) desired.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• ASQ or other accredited certification as ISO lead auditor preferred.
• ASQ CSSGB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and add site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the quality management system.
• Administer internal audit program to ensure QMS compliance, training auditors, auditing processes and measuring results.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause and corrective action investigations.
• Collect and analyze statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement.
