Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to lead the site QMS, develop documents and tools, and train staff on quality requirements. You will support the Kenco Operating System implementation related to quality assurance and drive continual improvement across processes.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, data analysis, and collaboration with operations to ensure compliance with customer requirements and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-4 years' experience in a quality assurance role.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and add site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the quality management system.
• Administer internal audit program to ensure QMS compliance through training auditors, auditing processes and procedures, and measuring results.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; perform root cause and corrective action investigations.
• Collect and analyze statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement.
