Rolls-Royce plc in Minnesota is seeking a Quality Engineer – Site Call Management to investigate site call quality issues at datacenter sites, document with Quality Notifications in SAP, and issue QM Orders for necessary rework.

You will analyze data to identify responsible departments, compile monthly reports, and provide management with timely feedback on priority topics and quality concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus 3 years quality experience with large industrial equipment or 7 years quality engineering experience with large industrial equipment.
• Experience applying quality control methods and engineering principles to engine production.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and problem-solving processes.

Responsabilités

• Investigate site call quality issues to determine validity.
• Create Quality Notifications in SAP and issue QM Orders for rework.
• Conduct investigations to assign root causes and issue corrective actions.
• Compile Quality Alerts and monthly site quality reports.
• Provide timely feedback to Key Account Quality and management.
