Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus 3 years quality experience with large industrial equipment or 7 years quality engineering experience with large industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate site call quality issues from datacenter sites to determine validity of complaints.
• Create Quality Notifications in SAP and generate QM Orders for rework.
• Identify departments responsible for discrepancies and issue corrective action requests.
• Compile Quality Alerts and issue them within the company as needed.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing site call quality issues at data center sites.
• Use data analysis to identify improvement projects.
• Participate as a team member in problem solving exercises.
• Provide timely feedback and data to Key Account Quality and management on priority topics.
• Keep management informed of progress, developments, and pending problems.
