Guy F. Atkinson Construction seeks a Construction Manager to be the principal on-site operations representative, coordinating planning, safety, cost control, and scheduling on complex civil projects.

You will mentor staff, oversee subcontractors, and drive projects to safe, on-time, on-budget completion. The role requires a proven track record in heavy-civil construction, strong leadership, and clear communication with field teams, vendors, and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive, heavy-civil construction on large self-perform projects.
• Experience as lead supervisor on large civil projects with multiple superintendents.
• Experience managing 3-week and 90-day schedules.
• Experience managing labor productivity and project cost reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective oral/written communication.

• Contribute to winning new work (estimating, proposals, presentations).
• Familiarity with state/local compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain deadlines and hold team accountable.
