Job summary

Linbeck Group seeks a Project Engineer to oversee defined scopes under multiple Subcontractor contracts valued from $500k to $10m. The role requires reading drawings, coordinating submittals and RFIs, and ensuring QA/QC standards are met through Lean practices to improve schedule and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, coordinating with Owner, Architect, Engineer, and Subcontractor, and supporting change management while ensuring contractual compliance on all project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
• Or, 4+ years of construction project work experience with Linbeck or similar in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Linbeck Site Specific Safety Program, including BBS and Safety Walks.
• Read drawings and specifications to ensure the scope is procured and constructed per contract.
• Create and manage RFIs and the RFI Log to update stakeholders and align with contract docs.
• Manage the Contract Document Log and ensure revisions are current.
• Coordinate submittals and shop drawings to meet schedule and quality obligations.
• Implement QA/QC practices including Lean principles and daily huddles on site.
