Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Office, Bluebeam and Excel for collaboration and time management.
• Solid time management and analytical abilities; firm grasp of mathematical concepts.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• OSHA 10/30 certification required.
• 1 year of construction management experience in estimating, operations or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and review progress.
• Maintain and monitor project budgets, track cost exposures, and adjust forecasts as needed.
• Track project performance, including schedules, production rates, and quality metrics.
• Document and report project progress through logs, updates, and formal reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field personnel to align project plans with field execution.
• Manage material procurement and delivery schedules to meet specs.
• Assist with project scheduling, timelines, and critical path activities.
• Support quality control to meet engineering standards and project specs.
• Review construction plans and communicate changes to field teams.
• Identify and resolve project issues with PM and field leadership.
• Prepare and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and as-built records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in site safety meetings.
• Build relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Visit project sites regularly to assess progress and verify work.
