Job summary

BMWC Constructors in Boise, ID is seeking a Site Project Coordinator to support project teams on large-scale industrial construction programs. You will handle administrative tasks, document control, scheduling, and coordination with project managers, safety staff, and craft leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook; aptitude to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to assigned project personnel.
• Serves as a first point of contact to visitors, new hires, and guests.
• Perform daily office tasks: keying POs, scanning, filing, recording, and data entry.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding materials; manage PPE distribution.
• Order supplies and maintain office areas.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvement.
• Maintain records in designated systems and ensure data retention.
