Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma with 12 years of project controls or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced project environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP), P6, and other project performance software.
• Understanding of accounting functions and systems.
• Site-specific training/MSHA required to work at site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual project forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project status.
• Ensure timely delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly project controls reports per SOPs.
• Manage Change Order/PCN Log and Change Management System with Contracts for key projects.
• Maintain project schedules and monitor variances; coordinate with schedulers and cost analysts.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards and maintain supporting documentation.
• Oversee progress measurement and develop methodologies for assigned scopes of work.
• Review and validate AFE requests with required inputs and approvals.
• Manage DOA processes and EPMS data; verify budget availability for procurement and contracts.
• Oversee Service Orders and Pay Applications to support project execution.
• Develop fit-for-purpose WBS codes to improve control and reporting.
• Perform other duties as required.
