Job summary

Think Together is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator in Vacaville, CA to support the Site Program Manager and ensure quality service delivery at the site. The role acts as the main contact for stakeholders while ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily program operations, supervising staff, conducting hiring and training, creating schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining records and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six months experience working with youth in a classroom or afterschool setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in afterschool programs or schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or assist in managing day-to-day operations of the expanded learning program.
• Supervise program staff and assist with hiring, training, and coaching.
• Develop and organize program schedules including academic, recreation and enrichment activities.
• Plan events and field trips; maintain safety and school policies at the site.
• Maintain accurate records, attendance, enrollment, and consent forms; submit timesheets as needed.
