Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students in-person, maintaining high standards for behavior and safety.
• Provide homework assistance and academic enrichment.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters a sense of belonging for students.
• Support students in making positive behavior choices and take disciplinary measures when appropriate.
• Identify student needs and communicate to Site Program Manager, teachers, school administration and parents.
• Participate in staff development.
