Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Staff Lead to serve as on-site lead of a specialized after-school program on a partner school campus. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety, quality, and alignment with district guidelines.

You will supervise site staff, manage attendance and data, and act as the primary liaison with school personnel, parents, and internal teams. Some duties may occur outside instructional hours during breaks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and experience may apply.
• 1-2 years of experience working in education/youth programs.
• At least 1+ year in a supervisory position; 2+ years preferred.
• Previous classroom experience required; must meet partner district qualifications for classroom aide.
• Strong written and verbal communication with students, parents, staff.
• Bilingual/bi-cultural (Spanish) may apply in some districts.
• CPR/First Aid certified or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Satisfactory TB skin test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day site operations; ensures ethical interactions with stakeholders.
• Directly oversee and support site staff; provide coaching and training.
• Ensure student safety and positive experience; promote engagement.
• Staff hiring and performance management; training and discipline per HR policies.
• Data and compliance: track attendance and enrollment; maintain records.
• School and family communication; liaison with principal and faculty.
• Monitor program quality and metrics; meet required targets and deliverables.
• Administrative duties: submit timecards and attend trainings and meetings.
